Facilities services, to include: general upkeep and maintenance of facility with special care paid toward common areas, coordination with janitorial staff to ensure clean and safe environment, inspections and coordination of all vendor services for repairs/installations for all components of facility - including electrical, plumbing, elevator, parking lot etc., and office moves and space planning related tasks. Office services, to include: mailroom coordination and mail services, set ups and break downs for conference room meetings, shipping and receiving, copy and reprographics services, and general office assistance.
