The Speech Language Pathologist is a licensed healthcare professional responsible for the comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and implementation of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorder management programs. Physical requirements include the ability to assist with patient positioning during evaluations and treatment, performing oral mechanism examinations and swallowing assessments, prolonged sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, and computer-based documentation.
