Job Description:The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will be performing therapies, recording the notes of each visit, and following up with their patients; The SLP will be empowered to build their schedule and maintain it; The SLP will be given the tools (software/program, i.e., ClinicSource) to facilitate the secretarial needs of their schedules (i.e., confirming appointments), and will be expected to have computer and smartphone literacy for this reason; Traveling will be expected, as we also offer services not only at our offices but at the daycare centers and schools in the surrounding areas; The SLP may supervise an SLPA, which will require to meet at least once a month and work on therapy strategies. Responsibilities:Employ therapy proficiently; Maintain a consistent roster of patients; Organize your schedule; Use the software and programs provided; Work with the patient's parents/guardians.
