In conjunction with the Principal Investigator, the CCRD will provide oversight of all programmatic activities and staff including, but not limited to, the following: Provide senior clinical, operational, administrative, and strategic leadership for multidisciplinary clinical research and healthcare delivery programs supporting Yale research initiatives in conjunction with the Principal Investigator. The CCRD serves in a senior leadership capacity across clinical, administrative, research, and policy domains and is responsible for strategic growth planning, program expansion into additional clinical and community settings, workforce development, and implementation of scalable and sustainable clinical research operations in conjunction with the Principal Investigator.
