Master's Degree in Speech Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field • Current state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist • Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills • Commitment to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach. As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Small Steps, you'll partner with families and fellow clinicians to evaluate and support children with speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, social communication, and feeding/swallowing needs.
