Responsibilities: A day in the life of a Director, Payroll Operations at Hackensack Meridian Health includes: Manages all aspects of payroll administration, timekeeping and scheduling systems, taxes and garnishments in a multi-state environment for approximately 33,000 + employees across approximately 45 FEIN's. Plans, directs and coordinates tasks with Payroll Leaders and staff to ensure timely and accurate payroll adjustments, payroll cycle, including incoming/outgoing interfaces, deductions, tax reporting, and funding.
