They will also serve as liaison to administration of assigned contracted organizations, including providing supervisory consults, trainings and workshops, orientations, benefit marketing, and critical incidents interventions or debriefing. They will participate in staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and continuing education activities as needed to maintain quality provision and coordination of care as well as professional licensure and/or certification.
