This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing staff, workflow, quality, compliance, LIS administration, and laboratory growth initiatives while spending approximately 50% of time performing bench histology duties. Supervise Histology and AP laboratory staff, including scheduling, training, competency assessments, evaluations, and timekeeping.
