Duties & Responsibilities The successful candidate will be expected to: • Demonstrate excellence in teaching and research with undergraduate and graduate students • Demonstrate a record of research-related activities • Demonstrate a dedication to providing training and services relating to culturally and linguistically diverse populations • Demonstrate the ability to provide clinical supervision • Demonstrate support to HBCU undergraduate and graduate students through academic advising as well as mentorship • Contribute to the operation and growth of the speech pathology department • Participate in service activities for the department, university, and community • Ability to develop and teach face-to-face as well as online classes if needed • Demonstrate the ability to contribute to recruitment efforts and our existing strengths in community-based partnerships • Mentoring undergraduate and graduate students in creative scholarship and social justice.
