Duties include but are not limited to: assisting patients with navigating the healthcare system, coordinating and scheduling appointments, connecting patients to community resources, supporting insurance authorizations and financial assistance processes, helping establish payment plans, answering and screening incoming calls, and maintaining accurate documentation.
