Provide direct patient care on a Cardiac or Medical Stepdown unit with patient ratios of 1:3-4, caring for patient populations that may include post-CABG, lobectomy/VATS, PCI, TAVR, AICD placement, respiratory failure, CVA, DKA, sepsis, and related conditions. Perform or support cardiac-specific skills including management and pulling of venous sheaths, TR Bands, and management of temporary pacemakers (across all three units).
