Preferred : A minimum of two (2) years of critical care, Pre-hospital experience (EMT, Paramedic, or Flight Nurse)Trauma Certifications (PHTLS, ITLS, TNCC, TPATC)Advanced certifications: CFRN, CEN, CCRN, CCT-RN Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS). Teamwork is pivotal in ensuring successful patient outcomes--you will need to be highly communicative with your fellow EMTs, Dispatchers, Hospital Personnel, and Leadership in order to ensure the best outcome.
