The Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU Float Pool will primarily be based in the Medical ICU and overflow neuro units, with responsibilities to float to SICU, Miller 3, and Miller 4. The RN will care for patients with multi-system diseases and requires extensive experience with critical care interventions, including starting IVs, managing multiple titrating drips, critical vent care, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), intra-aortic balloon (IABP), and ECMO.
