This opportunity offers the ability to practice full-scope critical care medicine across multiple ICUs, including medical/surgical and neuro-critical care, within a collaborative multidisciplinary team at highly rated hospitals along Florida's beautiful Atlantic Coast.
AdventHealthAPP - Primary Care Network, South Street AdventHealthAPP - Primary Care Network, South StreetPalm Coast, FLProvide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including women's health • Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions • Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging • Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to physicians or specialists as needed • Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity and consistency of care • Deliver care with a professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach. Master's degree in nursing (FNP/APRN or Physician Assistant Studies Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in Family or Internal Medicine preferred Experience caring for patients of all ages and managing acute and chronic conditions strongly preferred.
