This role will serve as the organization's subject matter expert on external worker classification and compliance across domestic and international engagements, including independent contractors, staffing agency workers, consultants, statement-of-work resources, employer-of-record workers, and other non-payroll worker arrangements. Our specialized experience includes design for data centers, healthcare, science and technology, high-rise buildings, clean energy, education, and other building types as well as structural and building sciences, infrastructure asset management, advanced robotics, and more.
