The Maintenance Team Member is responsible for inspecting, servicing, repairing, and maintaining building systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient operations. Inspect, service, and repair boilers, compressors, circulating pumps, air conditioning units, heating systems, and related controls.
