The successful candidate will provide a positive, competitive, and development-focused experience for student-athletes while establishing a program philosophy centered on skill development, accountability, teamwork, sportsmanship, and representing North Middlesex with pride. The position requires leadership of the overall North Middlesex Boys Volleyball Program, recruitment and retention of student-athletes, development of players and coaches, establishment of a sustainable program culture, and creation of an environment where student-athletes are challenged and supported.
