Engage in written and/or oral communication with employees, department personnel, and outside vendors; answer payroll questions via telephone; direct walk-ins to appropriate area to answer questions and/or concerns; create documents, make copies, fax documents; and respond to payroll e-mails; pick up and drop off department mail. This is accomplished by assisting employees with concerns and questions; engaging in written and oral communications; providing assistance to other departments regarding payroll issues; filing and maintaining payroll records; scanning and creating electronic records; assisting Payroll staff with various job duties.
