As a Global Mobility Specialist, youll move Pacific Life and your career forward by acting as an internal consultant to employees, managers, Talent Acquisition (TA) and People Experience (PX), providing strategic advice on moves, ensuring application of appropriate policy, and overseeing a caseload of employee files while ensuring superior employee experience. Oversee end-to-end mobility cases through completion, managing inquiries via the Global Mobility mailbox/caseload system and coordinating with employees, PX, TA, Payroll, and vendors to ensure timely cost analysis, approvals, LOUs, system updates, and transactions.
