Bachelor\u2019s Degree or equivalent experience 5+ year\u2019s payroll experience, specifically with reporting, data analysis, payroll processing and auditing In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, workflow, and procedures in a fast paced shared services, multi-EIN, multi-state environment Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word Leadership, initiative, analytic, investigative and attention to detail skills Trustworthiness with confidential information Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications Must be comfortable with engaging in a variety of different communicative modes and being attuned to others through strong active listening skills.
