Working closely with business stakeholders, commercial operations teams, data and analytics professionals, and the global AI Center of Excellence, the AI Solutions Architect will develop innovative solutions that enhance productivity, improve decision-making, streamline processes, and unlock new capabilities across Commercial Operations, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Contracts & Pricing, Strategic Accounts, and other business functions. This position serves as a key technical leader for AI innovation within the U.S. Health & Medical business while ensuring solutions are designed with scalability, governance, and enterprise alignment in mind, enabling successful adoption across regions and business units where appropriate.
