Maintain a list of committees at SwedishAmerican Hospital that warrant pediatric hospitalist representation and attend or delegate to division members including Pediatric Department meeting, Pediatric Quality and Safety Subcommittee, and Pediatric/ED Multidisciplinary Committee, and the Women's and Children's Pediatric Service Line meeting. Meet monthly with the pediatric hospitalists, pediatric clinical nurse specialist, pediatric nurse manager, and Director of Inpatient Pediatrics and Pediatric Specialties to discuss cases, quality issues, operational issues, divisional goals, and collaboration with pediatric specialties and the Emergency department.
