Partners with Enabling Services to provide families with access to community resources and applying for state and federal programs including, but not limited to, Medicaid, SNAP, disability services, early childhood programs, and school-based supports. Possesses an active, unrestricted license in one of the following disciplines: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-CP).
