Operating in a highly complex, matrixed environment, the Vice President partners closely with the UCSF Health Chief Strategy Officer, pediatric leadership, department chairs and chiefs, and peer strategy executives to define near- and long-term strategic priorities; lead annual and multi-year planning; and drive disciplined, data-informed decision making. The Vice President leads integrated strategic and business development efforts-including service line planning, opportunity assessment, network and affiliation strategy, and new program development-leveraging strong analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and relationship building across clinical, academic, operational, and external stakeholders.
