PEARS Certification at time of hire or within 3 months of hire and must be maintained at all times thereafter for nurses working in the following areas: Acute Care Float, Cancer and Blood Disorders Care Unit, Dialysis, Infusion, Medical Unit, Psychiatry Unit, Rehabilitation Unit, Research Nurses working in Cancer Care and CCTR, Surgical Unit, Urgent Care (all locations), and Vascular Access Services.
