Salary and Benefits <ul><li>Base salary: $180,000 to $220,000 (dependent on experience)</li><li>Relocation assistance: Up to $5,000</li><li>4-day work week (Monday – Thursday)</li><li>CME: 1 week and $3,500 annually</li><li>3 weeks paid vacation + sick time (accrued)</li><li>10–11 paid holidays annually</li><li>Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision</li><li>403(b) retirement with 1:1 match up to $3,500</li><li>DEA and license reimbursement</li><li>NHSC and State Loan Repayment eligible</li><li>Office currently closed Fridays but preference to reopen</li></ul>Responsibilities <ul><li>4 Day 10 Hour Shift Work Week </li><li>36 Clinical Hours - 4 Admin Hours</li><li>Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care including well-child visits, immunizations, and acute care management</li><li>Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions from newborns through young adults</li><li>Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality outcomes</li><li>Educate patients and families on preventive care, growth, and development</li><li>Mentor and support early-career providers if desired</li></ul>Requirements <ul><li>Clear and active medical license (or eligibility) in the state of Wisconsin</li><li>Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatrics</li><li>Open to new graduates and experienced physicians</li><li>Strong commitment to community-based primary care</li></ul>About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that is bridging the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
