Qualifications Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Completes health assessment of new clients immediately upon admission according to level of care procedures• Communicates with consulting medical providers to coordinate care with appropriate medical care as necessary and documents all referrals• Monitors the storage, distribution, control preparation and dispensing of medication in collaboration with Pharmacy Contractor and Medical Staff• Prepares the Medication Administration Record (MAR)• Provides patient education regarding medications Education/ExperienceEducation: College, Bachelors preferredLicensure: Registered Nurse (RN)Experience: 5 years working within a medical facility, preferably alcohol and drug treatment/mental healthSound knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in work processing, spreadsheets, and presentations (MS Word, Excel, EMR, TIER or similar and Microsoft Office Suite) requiredAbout Universal Health ServicesOne of the nation's largest and most respected providers of hospital and healthcare services, Universal Health Services, Inc.
