5-25+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 of those years as a lead superintendent on industrial, warehouse or tilt wall projects Willing to travel when needed Computer skills: proficiency in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs Possess and maintain a current, valid drivers license in your state of residence Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to: standing or walking for long periods of time, occasionally on uneven terrain, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing stairs, and/or lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds.
