Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in membership, marketing, communications, sales, private clubs, hospitality, resorts, real estate, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Directly supervises, leads, trains, and develops the Member Services Team, which serves as a primary point of contact for Members and guests and is responsible for answering Club calls, greeting and directing Members and guests, coordinating reservations, responding to Member requests, and assisting with day-to-day Member needs.
