Demonstrated proficiency in Neuro Stepdown, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, and Telemetry settings; cardiac monitoring, emergency response, neurological/psychiatric, respiratory, IV therapy, and wound care skills required as detailed in the specialty skill set. Manage complex neurological patients including those with CVA, intracranial bleeds, traumatic brain injury, craniotomy, lumbar drains, and post-TPA care; Neuro Stepdown experience is strongly preferred and must be disclosed if limited .
