Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: - Require Ohio or compact license - Minimum 2 years of recent/continuous experience - BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required - Must be willing to float to Avita Ontario, Bucyrus, and Galion hospitals - Epic Experience preferred - COVID-19 Vaccine required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) - Flu Vaccine required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) - Candidate profiles must include two recent supervisory references - Modules up to 8 hours required pre-start (non-billable, recorded through HealthStream).
