p>Job Responsibilities: • Facilitate emergency preparedness trainings, orientations, and educational sessions for staff across the enterprise • Support the coordination, planning, and execution of emergency management drills and exercises • Maintain, track, and organize emergency management equipment, supplies, and operational inventory • Assist with preparation of training materials, exercise documentation, and after-action reports • Build and maintain professional relationships with staff, managers, departments, and facilities across the enterprise • Support review and updates of emergency operations plans, business continuity plans, and response procedures as assigned • Assist with development of operational plans, job action sheets, and supporting documentation when needed • Serve in a supporting emergency management role during incidents, emergencies, and disasters • Be available to work off-hours (nights/weekends) when supporting scheduled trainings, exercises, or emergency response activities • Liaise with internal departments and external partners as directed • Support departmental preparedness initiatives and special projects as assigned • Assist with documentation, reporting, and administrative preparedness activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Masters degree completed or in progress in healthcare administration, emergency management, public health, occupational health & safety, or a related discipline • Demonstrated interest or academic focus in emergency preparedness, healthcare operations, or disaster response • Experience supporting trainings, exercises, preparedness programs, or emergency response activities (academic, internship, volunteer, or professional experience considered) • Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
