Excellent communication (oral, written) and computer skills (including MS Word, Project, and Excel).Work includes field inspections and audits and the physical ability to conduct these field duties which require the following activities: Must have the ability to walk into and out of the project via turnstile access. Direct involvement assisting operations and project management in pre-job planning of project budgets, schedules, safety plans, quality control plans, equipment plans, staffing plans, and subcontractor selections.
