Provide direct inpatient nursing care for adult medical surgical and surgical stepdown patients with a wide range of diagnoses including cellulitis, appendicitis, cholecystitis, diverticulitis, trauma (MVA, GSW, falls), various cancers, bowel obstruction, peripheral vascular disease, and more. Support and monitor patients undergoing or recovering from inpatient surgical procedures such as cholecystectomy, appendectomy, hernia repair, TURP, ostomy creation or closure, wound debridement, tumor removal, amputations, and fem-pop bypass.
