Responsible for collaborating with physicians/ providers, registered professional nurses and multidisciplinary care team members, a Licensed Practical Nurse will also perform tasks and responsibilities within the framework of case finding, health coaching, and supportive care under the direction of the registered professional nurse or licensed physician or licensed health care provider. At MVHS, a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides general nursing care to patients, families and caregivers at the Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (RNC).
