Skills required include IV therapy/phlebotomy, blood product administration, peripheral line care, heparin protocols, PCA, cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, isolation precautions/PPE, wound care/wound vac, insulin drip titration, and non-invasive airway management. Previous Novant Health or New Hanover PERM/PRN/EP employees must wait 12 months before applying, with facility approval required.
