• Bachelors degree in business marketing communications or equivalent experience • Minimum 2 years in healthcare sales business development or referral marketing • Strong existing relationships with physicians hospitals skilled nursing facilities or home health professionals • Prior experience in hospice palliative care or home health is a plus • Excellent communication presentation and time-management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms • Sensitivity to the needs of terminally ill patients and their families • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding admissions and census targets.
