5 year Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy Licensed and registered Pharmacist in good standing within the state of practice Immunization Certification Ability to communicate effectively: verbal, written and electronic Strong decisionmaking skills Strong leadership skills Strong interpersonal skills Good analytical skills Ability to manage others Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and creatively in order to improve customer satisfaction Ability to assign, prioritize, and evaluate the work of others Maintains professional appearance including dress code General knowledge of pharmacy computer systems and automated dispensing systems Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Must have a Valid Driverâ€s License Must be 21 years of age Must submit to DL Monitoring. Counsels patients and medical providers regarding the nature and use of drugs, dosage, drug interactions, and side effects, as well as, monitors the health and progress of patients to ensure compliance and to optimize therapies.
