The function of the Supervisory Program Specialist is tocollect, monitor, and analyze data concerning HCHV, Contract Housing, HUD-VASH, HomelessHotline, Grant and Per Diem (GPD), Homeless Prevention Programs, Community Resource andReferral Center (CRC), H-PACT, as well as Collaborative community programs, and staffing toidentify gaps in services and areas of need. The incumbents duties will include taking the lead in analyzing data submitted by each program under the homeless umbrella to develop, implement, evaluate, and improve processes and presenting that data to assist program staff with identifying gaps and planning the expansion for services to meet gaps identified as being critical to achieving the plan to end Veteran homelessness.
