Overview:
Reporting to the Parking Manager, the Parking Supervisor will manage day-to-day event parking, transportation at Venue, Iowa State University.  Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching This role pays an hourly rate of $17.00 This position will remain open until May 29, 2026.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Maintain core values while working on property.  </li><li>Inspect parking lots several times throughout day.   </li><li>Ensure safe and efficient traffic patterns for all guests. </li><li>Assist manager with event day operations of parking lots and traffic flow.  </li><li>Assist Manager with traffic management program and creating Traffic Command Center in SOC monitoring real-time parking data.  </li><li>Assist Manager with enforcement of employee parking program. </li><li>Ensure event day checklists are followed & completed for entirety of event.  </li><li>Ensure campus is set up and lots are ready for event.  </li><li>Report traffic incidents in lots to manager.  </li><li>Perform traffic material/supply inventory along with our parking operations. </li><li>Perform inventory management. </li><li>Assist Manager by gathering information to respond to guest inquires and investigate complaints/concerns. </li><li>Assisting with the continuous evaluation and adjustment pedestrian and vehicle wayfinding signage program.  </li></ul>

Qualifications:
