Become a vital part of the team as an experienced CT Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, start IVs, and operate CT scanners for a hospital in Bryan, TX. This assignment requires experience with ED and inpatient studies and comfort working in a fast-paced radiology environment. Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>2 years CT technologist experience, including ER and inpatient settings.</li><li>Completion of a JRCERT-accredited radiology program or equivalent.</li><li>Current ARRT (CT) certification required. (Client verification required.)</li><li>Current BLS certification.</li><li>Active Texas MRT license required for practice in Texas.</li><li>Experience with Meditech charting system and Fuji PACS preferred.</li><li>Experience starting IVs and administering contrast for CTs with and without contrast.</li><li>Comfort working with multiple GE CT scanners (16-slice and 64-slice) and handling an average volume of 16–24 scans per day.</li><li>Ability to float between campus locations as needed. (Approx. 16 minutes between campuses.)</li><li>Candidates must not have been directly employed by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity within the past year. PRN employment through outside firms will be considered.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Familiarity with department-specific orientation procedures and precepting staff as needed.</li><li>Prior experience with emergency radiology workflow and night virtual radiology support.</li></ul> Assignment Details<ul><li>Shift hours: 1200–0000.</li><li>Possible call responsibilities. Backup call with a 30-minute response time; approximate call rotation every 6th week.
