The housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and servicing interior villas, apartments, common spaces, kitchens, bathrooms or other areas as assigned; high and low dusting, damp wiping horizontal and vertical surfaces such as chairs, fronts of cabinets, stands, lamps, telephones, windowsills, coffee tables, various ledges and other counter tops except for all technical equipment including computers. Routinely interact with individuals (residents, family members, staff, etc.) who may be discourteous, tactless, demanding, verbally and/or physically threatening or abusive, angry or hostile, emotionally vulnerable or mentally ill, vulgar, mean-natured.
