This position partners closely with the Vice President of Lending to support loan growth, cross-sales, deposit growth, and branch production goals while ensuring all branches operate efficiently, securely, and in compliance with credit union policies and regulations. This role focuses on driving branch performance, member service, sales culture, loan production support, operational efficiency, security administration, compliance, and staff development.
