Associates degree in business management, horticulture, agriculture, natural resources, or a related field, and progressively responsible office, customer-service, agriculture, or field experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Work outdoors in orchards, residential areas, and other field locations in temperatures ranging from winter cold to summer heat exceeding 100 degrees, as well as wind, dust, dirt, mud, wet conditions, and uneven terrain.
