This includes escorting residents to/from meals, escorting residents to/from activities, escorting residents to/from beauty shop/spa appointments, emptying trash, assisting residents locked out of apartments, assisting with pet care and assisting residents with non-clinical items in their apartments, delivering/picking up room trays to/from residents' apartments, delivering newspapers/packages to residents' apartments, delivering activity schedules, filling in on the concierge desk during breaks/meal periods, assisting residents with television remotes/channels, accompanying residents on outings, visiting with reclusive residents in the apartment, and other tasks as assigned. SUMMARY The Care Partner is responsible for providing personal assistance and routine daily care and services related to the residents in accordance with the resident's care profile, and as may be directed by the Assisted Living Director or Memory Support Director to enhance the residents' independence and quality of life.
