Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Providing technical oversight, review, or leadership for engineering studies, designs, or evaluations related to dams, levees, or heavy civil water resources infrastructure; AND 2) Applying risk analysis, risk-informed decision making, or advanced engineering criteria to complex infrastructure projects; AND 3) Leading, mentoring, or supervising a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, or technical specialists. Basic Requirement for Geologist: A. Degree: Bachelors degree (or higher degree) in geology, plus 20 additional semester hours in any combination of mathematics, physics, chemistry, biological science, structural, chemical, civil, mining or petroleum engineering, computer science, planetary geology, comparative planetology, geophysics, meteorology, hydrology, oceanography, physical geography, marine geology, and cartography.
