The Off-Site Maintenance Technician’s role is to maintain the condition of the building, equipment, and tools by utilizing specific skills such as carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, plastering, painting, tiling, etc. for offsite properties that are pleasing and glorify to the Lord. The ability to perform labor intensive work (work tasks will include time spent outside & indoors, stooping, bending, lifting, standing for long periods of times, & walking).
