In this inpatient setting, the pharmacist participates in a wide variety of patient care activities including; medication management, patient rounding, kinetic monitoring, dosing of medications and sterile and non-sterile compounding. Demonstrates the ability to accurately interpret, manufacture, and dispense compounds, extemporaneous pharmaceutical products, intravenous admixtures, small volume parenteral, total parenteral nutrition and chemotherapy orders.
