Key responsibilities include: Providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care through prescription verification, prospective drug utilization review, patient counseling, immunization services, medication therapy management (MTM), medication synchronization, and adherence programs designed to improve medication safety and therapeutic outcomes. Through clinical expertise, patient advocacy, collaboration, and operational leadership, the Ambulatory Pharmacist plays a critical role in advancing TidalHealths mission by improving access to care, optimizing medication outcomes, and delivering exceptional pharmacy services throughout the communities we serve.
