Although we have regular house cleaners, we're looking for a highly seasoned, proactive house manager who can fill in the gaps in between—starting with creating and maintaining meaningful systems in our home, tackling laundry and dishes, handling organizational projects (art cabinet, toys, playroom, kitchen pantry/fridge, closets), resetting spaces, and supporting the after-school transition, so we can focus on what matters most to us: having the time to be truly present as a family and ensuring our home feels like a calm, relaxing space where we can recharge. You are a proactive, detail-oriented house manager who has seen it all and quickly notices what needs attention—laundry that needs to be started, dishes that have piled up, drawers, closets, and cabinets that could use a better system, and spaces that need to be reset—and you handle it seamlessly, without being asked.
